Do refer to your doctor/GP for advice for any health concern that you may have.
Do notify your doctor/GP if you take herbal remedies or supplements or intend to take them if you are taking prescription medicine.
Do not exceed the recommended product dosage.
We reserve the right to refund orders if run out of stock and cannot source from our suppliers.
In the case that we cannot fulfil an order, we will fully refund the order back to the customer.
Discounts and special deals are valid while stocks last.
Prices are updated when required due to exchange rate fluctuations.
If the price, weight or description of products has been wrongly described we reserve the right to correct the error and to refund the cost of the product/s.
In the unlikely event of a complaint please email specifying the details of the complaint and we will respond within 2 working days.

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you cancel an order please send an email to us and return the goods unopened (with a note please) whereupon we will refund the order. If you return the goods unopened you must bear the cost of postage/packaging.
However if you are returning the goods due to a mistake on our part we will bear the cost of cost of postage/packaging.
Orders not received
In the event that a customer fails to receive a shipped order, if you fail to inform us about this matter within 21 days of the order date we will not resend the order.
We will only re-dispatch an order after 21 days from the dispatch date (not including statutory holidays). For overseas orders the re-dispatch time is 28 days because we have
had many cases of orders which have been delivered 3 or more weeks after we have posted the package. We will not refund/resend orders if the
customer has given an incorrect delivery address unless the customer is willing to bear the shipping cost.

You can checkout in UK Pounds, US Dollars or Euros using the following credit/debit
VISA, MasterCard & American Express via Paypal. or you can pay using a Paypal account.
All payments are secure/encrypted transactions and PCI-DSS compliant.
We do not store credit or debit card details.
Please note that when ordering you/we are entering a legal contract.
1. We will ship your order as soon as possible - usualy within 3 working days. If there is a dealy due to the need to resupply we will let you know.
2 On ordering the money is deducted from your credit or debit card straight away. Refunds (if needed) go back to the same card or account.
3. If on delivery you find your order is incomplete*, you are unhappy with the products or you have accidentally ordered the wrong items, please contact us straight away
We will then work to ensure that we provide you with your required products or refund.
4. We do not store credit/debit card information. If you wish to order the same products again, you will have to re-enter your card details.
8. We do not pass on any of your details to a 3rd party (except those listed below). However, we will email you with newsletters but you can unsubscribe.
8.1 In order to take payments Paypal will take the minimum necessary details.
8.2 In order to send the orders we pass your delivery and order details to our fulfillment partners to send the order. This is the minimum order details necessary to dispatch the goods.
Cost Of Delivery
We provide a free postage and packaging service on orders over £20.00 in value (excluding postage) being shipped to UK addresses.
For orders all other orders (and those under £15.00 UK) we charge the Shipping Cost (Post & Packaging) to cover the cost of packaging and delivery charge and does not include any element of profit.

The manufacturer's packaging contain allergy warnings.
We rely on our suppliers to label packaging correctly but we receive notifications from th UK's Food Standards Agency regarding food recalls and will obviously alert
customers to any such problem.
